What happened

Turns out that mc had actually self harmed in the past because turns out that ercia was actually the more genius twin. Mc felt inferior so she did self harm so that people would pay attention to her, but she gets really injured and ends up forgetting the event. Ercia then makes the choice of pretending to be sick and not a “genius” so that mc won’t do something like that again. But then she begins to resent her, thinking she took everything from her, despite this being her own plan from the beginning.
Honestly, apparently it’s completely illogical and is supposed to be a “plot twist! Mc was the bad twin all along!” Type thing I think. Anyway, they end up making up apparently and I just lost interest after that. The ml still loved mc after that though(so he really is the only green flag at this point)

The only absolute green flag I can see is the ml rn, I don’t even know what happening anymore.
