I didn't think the light novel was traumatizing. It is a drama though, so it's not a cozy or anything some characters are jerks but I didn't find it traumatizing.

It's interesting but kinda has dark theme going on don't tell me the funny part is just in beginning and we gonna get traumatized at the end...
