It's not the artist, I'm pretty sure it's a dick redrawer for the scanlators cuz they have laws against genitals being drawn or shown without censoring.

Like imagine hand drawing everything about the characters and then going on blender to sculpt just the dick
Okay the author used a readymade model one but still it's easier to just draw it with the rest of the character. Clearly the artist draws super well so why not draw the dicks too ?
