okay so back then what i heard happened was that the artist used to draw sh*tacon and like baby p*rnography (yes literal BABIES) with much older men under a different alias (name) before they starting drawing Dear Benjamin
so when it was found out, the author of the book was like i don't want someone like that to do the art anymore and also the agency so yeah they removed the artist from the work and now replaced them with this new artist years after
it was so weird...i remember someone sharing the stuff the artist used to draw and i recall seeing infants and old men i was so shocked cause the art for dear benjamin was so cute and adorable that i never thought those same hands would be drawing something so messed up

Also I wish they used the artist for “play time with hakdo” bc the essence of the art style is similar. The new artist is good too but it’s just a really stark difference from the OG

The original artist did dojins of BTS members as infants in full on sh*ta style. Full pages of it were posted on X and they were pretty MRM worthy to say the least
