Well, the whole point is he used to be fat. So he has full on body dysmorphia. He also is just built very big (shredded) and models are normally petite or slender. So from a models point of view someone that does judo is “bigger” or “fat”. But he really isn’t. I totally agree tho the mc’s lips make him look so weird
