Just leave some cooked chicken to a place you often see the dog, even if you could touch dogs I recommend not doing so to a stray for a plethora of reasons.
You can add rice or carrots or potatoes to the chicken.
There's one dog wandering around my neighborhood area , i can't touch dogs ,i want to give him food but idk what to give , i can't find any dog food around here , does dog eat raw meat
