Imagine this, he saw some shotacon based on an actual kid and decided to make this as inspiration. Most of these types of Mangas are depicted because they saw something in real life, or other story based on som... rawr

Than that would be csam if it solely based off a real kid. Good thing that this isn't based off real kids. And the second part is. Not really. If I decide to make something fictional out of what I imagined. No child is being abused
