It keeps annoying me how Rashta keeps talking in the third person

I was wondering about that and my research has concluded: She is dumb af, no really she is very dumb and she doesn't know proper grammar. She's not doing it to be cute she literally doesn't know how to speak. The only reason she can speak a little better l now is because she is copying ppl around her.
