Exactly, my sense of gratitude for scanlator's efforts is tremendous and cannot be expressed enough and I totally respect their decision making during translations.
In this particular case, I also think that the expression of "make me your woman" held a very important specific meaning, despite its obvious awkwardness. Since the uke had a major emotional hangup about being considered "girly", to express to the seme that he wanted to be his woman was a declaration of not only his absolute acceptance of the seme, but of himself as well; his very own unique declaration of love. But, "make me yours" is a smoother translation that works well, is just loses the deeper meaning related to the uke's complex and his overcoming it.

i cant read japanese so i dont know what the original line was. but i actually think 'make me your woman' sounds fitting in that situation. bec the seme specifically said (on page 14) "i know im the last person you want to see treat you like a WOMAN. i know that you hate that the most", which is why the uke responded with "make me your woman". also, like others have commented, the uke hated how he was teased for having a girly face, but accepted it after the seme confessed. so yeah.
nevertheless, thank you to the translator for your work! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
