No, they don't but a tampon that the body is not compatible with sure as hell will make it feel that way. The discomfort is awful.

I'm pretty sure both of them are virgins, and man that blood is making me anxious as hell, cause I know how that feels. It'll heal up in no time, with medication. This should definitely be a learning experience. Preparation is very, very, VERY, important.
It might be a little traumatic, but I think they can bounce back from this.
