I remembered reading a bl (I think it was one but I lowkey don't remember if it was) about this guy looking for a painting that his mother liked or that reminded him of her, something about his mother.
the whole painting was hues of purple and it might have had flowers at the edges and a lady in the center of the painting.
I belive the artist had it or some guy had it and he might have been a lover of the guys mother.
