No that's not it. He wasnt graped and its not omegaverse so he wont be able to get pregant. Its just that taco recognizes him as him parent (not so sure why too) as for "his mental health" part - the origin lf taco might not be the most pleasant so it was made a secret by the chief cause he know how much doha loves monsters. If its a tragic one, it might take a toll on doha smth like that?
