First, it's not an omegaverse. But it's good! If you are interested in reading Egyptian mythology. The art looks great tho it's sometimes confusing whose speech/thought bubbles are floating bcs they are not pointing to anyone (they are just placed near the speaker/thinker).
Second, possible mpreg has been hinted since S1 (Osiris tryna get Seth pregnant to create a new god). But there's no certainty if it's gonna go down that route bcs it's not based from any novel and there's no mpreg tag in the KR raws.
Lastly, I think the spoilers that you're talking about are fanmade artworks. If you want, I could send you a link to my album in which I compiled those fanarts, and wherein Seth got pregnant with Horus' child.
Mpreg's not "natural" here: just a dude playing scientist to try to achieve it *artifically* (and so far, he's failed every time). No omegaverse.
