I searched pretty deep into this . And the most probable conclusion is : This one is just a Fan art of Geto from JJK( if I am getting this right )
My conclusion is based on the fact that person who posted this in Tumblr posted Gojo X Geto kinda stuff below this pic.
i searched it up with google lens and there are so many discussion on reddit but sadly it's banned on my country so i cant check it huhuhu. i dont think it's jjk fan art tho, looks too much like a manga ಥ‿ಥ
I have a pretty different opinion though . The way the art in the pic is so rough ... I don't think it's a manga . Cuz before posting a manga officially whole damn editing is done on each panel , so no rough sketches are out .
