They should just do the extra chapters when they finish the manga but welp we won’t be heard :,)
That is because unlike webtoons, extra chapters in manga are usually at the end of the volume. So if there's an extra chapter, that's a full complete volume ready for printing. I personally think it's nice because:
1. We can see how many volumes the manga has, because sometimes uploads in this site doesn't include the volume numbering.
2. We can predict AT LEAST one volume left of the series. Meaning AT LEAST 3 or 4 chapters plus extra left.
I swear, there is nothing I hate more than extra chapters.
