I absolutely love action and fantasy. I also love science-fiction.. now i am not a fan of horror. But I love me a good supernatural story. I been getting the kick of a well written esper/guide stories. Alot are mostly stupid. But you do find those wonderful rare gems.

Some times I read the action/fantasy story for the ridiculous overpowered mc. To me they are hilarious, and I want a very good chuckle.

As for the solo leveling anime. I was alittle upset with it. It's good, but it a Korean story/manhwa. But it's voice and produced by the Japanese (the producing i have no problem) but they used San, sama, chan. As honorifics instead of the Korean honorifics. It was a lovely time to let Korean voice actors shine.

Yeah I totally agree that sometimes poly is good if done right but like I’ve only ever seen like one that did is correctly LOL the other times I’ve seen it is the whole two semes fighting for the uke which ends ups with one seme and the uke dating and every time the uke is with the other seme or they’re 3p it’s literally just cheating, like Turn off the Camera is a good example of that and honestly just scarred me to avoid poly LOL but I did enjoy Top or Bottom, that was a good one for a semi, middle, and uke, seems like a unicorn though

No worries, I hardly stick out the romance genre either lol and if I do it’s for some highly recommended thing or a manga to an anime. But yeah solo leveling was and still is pretty good, they recently came out with an anime which isn’t too bad so if you don’t want to read it, that’s always an option lol, but I do recommend it if you want to change things up a bit!

Nah I totally get it, I’m heartbroken over the artist too but if he truly was just getting overpaid I’m glad he stopped, and the current artist apparently practiced that entire hiatus period of a year to get as close as possible to the style and they’re at an important part of the story so I can’t stay mad at it cuz it seems like they’re trying. It’s true they’ll never be able to have that immaculate and unique art style, but at least the new artist isn’t bad at art and wants us to have another memorable style even if it’s not the OG.
I branch out sometimes too, not enough to have more hidden gems like you do lol but enough to talk about some! Apparently though, looking at my list of ones I’ve read, I only branched out to the “take me seriously” comedy ones LOL I have tried one horror one which was really good until it became supernatural, it was crazy, but I’d be down to read any if you have any recommendations!
I totally didn’t know they did that in the anime, well duh of course anime is Japanese, but I mean I only watched the dub because I watched it with my dub-only friends, I’ll have to check that out cuz that is weird. I was more worried that they wouldn’t give it any love because it’s a completed manhwa and not Japanese but they surprisingly kept it true to the manhwa while adding scenes that weren’t shown but talked about in the manhwa and I think that was pretty cool, like yeah it is odd a Korean manhwa is adapted to a Japanese anime, but compared to other countries that have done similar things and screw it up, it seems like Japan really wants to make it good which I can respect, the honorifics are probably because it’s in their language (could be wrong, I’m not smart at all when it comes to stuff like this), they did keep all the cast located in Korea though which I like!

I didn't know that about the artist from beginning after the end. I'm gonna have to go back now. I'm not much of a social media person. I have them, but it's like they are collecting dust in my phone.

And that's a good way to look at with solo leveling. I'm gonna have to watch the dubbed version, and see which one I like more lol. It's the voices :D

I have a lot of manga/manwha save as either reading, want to read or have read. I'm pretty sure I would have to look in my own list to remember what I have. I'm not going to lie, from when I first started reading on here to now, my taste have change. Some stories I will get invested into and then almost half way through drop them, because I don't like them anymore. It happens quiet frequently. It doesn't matter weather it a bl/herto/ or non romance at all. If it stop being interesting that is the doom of a book to me. And I cry.

Yeah, I don’t follow social media either and it’s collecting dust on mine too but the extra before the artists change was where he explained the pay wasn’t cutting it anymore and they were going in a direction he didn’t wanna follow so he had to go, and then the comments after that explained in more detail and gave information that the new artist was going to try hard to match it for us and stuff, don’t know if you wanna trust that but that’s the most reasonable answer I got from it LOL
Ay you should let me know how it goes cuz honestly the dub wasn’t that bad, I think it was pretty solid (like no bad VAs from what I remember) and of course I gotta look at it positively, solo leveling’s my goat

I do have a couple of recommendations. If you like a green flag ML which i feel is rare in bl romance.

The "Love Gym" is one, it's got really corny moments but I love it. The ML is such golden retriever attitude vs the MCs cat like personality.

Another great one, and it's an omegaverse, is "The Rouge prince is Secretly an omega" it is chefs kiss for me. The dad and mom can both fuck off but the couple are amazing. And the ML does what we all want, tells the MCs dad off.

I am obsessed with "My In-laws are obsessed with me" it's got a very good plot, at it's a very rough start. But just let that go, there are reasons explained later, and the Mc understand and there are apologies from the ML. It's amazing. I love it.

Omfg I know you weren't talking to me but I LOVE my in-laws are obsessed with me, def one of my fav hetero manhwas of all time. It's so good (╥﹏╥)

Have you guys read Kiraide Isasete, it’s literally my favorite omegaverse EVER with like best everything despite having sad backstories for the characters TRUST me it’s a REALLY good one that genuinely when it was ongoing, fr the only manhwa I never wanted to end, like idgaf if they milked it I wanted it to keep going until my deathbed it’s that cute

I have seen it actually I dropped it awhile back, I think I got bored but I see it come up every once in awhile if it's completed now I'll likely binge it one of these days lol also have you read 19 days? It moves at snail pace with super short chapters, not at all 18+ but I love the second couple so fkn much. First couple is cute but very much bromance vibes where as second couple has passion and I just love them so much, it's another Chinese manhua exception of mine, I'll be very surprised if you don't know it lol it's basically on the front page 80% of the time, especially when it updates.

I have the hardest time following the Chinese manhuas. The are is absolutely beautiful, but i get so lost in what is happening in the story. I have tried reading about a good 5 or 6 of them. Like villian scumbag, moz something(I can't remember the whole name) I just couldn't follow it. And I read a good many chapters to see if it was just bad uploads. Nope I'm just having problems understand that style.

Oh god yeah I’ve seen 19 days but 400 chapters???? Bro is practically begging me to read the One Piece of BL Σ( ￣□￣||) I mean it’s on my list to read so I have no doubt it’s good especially since it’s on the front page every day and it’s classic Chinese manhua fashions to make it really long and slow but I promise you, one of these days, one of these days HAHA.
Also yes you totally should!!! I get why, it’s a little rushed at the beginning because I’m guessing they only expected to have one or two volumes (6 chapters per volume) so they rushed the whole story into one volume and then came back with more, but it’s the coming back with more that is REALLY cute, especially the children so yessss you totally should go back to it
