I think he consent, there's was just once that seemed forced but it was ML dream, but I'm still a little confused about all that too, I do hope it was consented
I think it's a mixture of both......like I think even in this week ML did force MC and that's why he asked "did you like it or was it rape" and given the situation and ML's attitude (him thinking MC will forget everything in a week anyway) there should have been a couple of time when the MC didn't consent whereas also times when the MC consented....dream ones might be a mixture of both(for example in the first dream I got the feeling that the MC didn't know what the hell was happening and ML was doing him while MC was sleeping)
And in the 2nd one it was like MC completely consented and was asking for more....
that was also my suspicion
I'm a little confused, did the ML force himself on him or did MC consented to it EVERY WEEK before his memory reset?
