from what I remember, the abusive stuff just continues. the mc gets smacked around by other ppl and ml and never grows a backbone. I’m pretty sure ML starts to become nicer later on
We actually are close to when he r4pe and slaps mc, it happens in Hawaii, he gets really traumatized but I think he still works with him. Then a stalker was following them, mc was about to get in the van and the stalker stabbed him, then ml let mc go back to his family and recover there and then ml realized that he was in love with him and go to the states to confess and I’m pretty sure that it’s the end of the season. Later ml gets nicer but still a shitty person to mc sometime if I’m not mistaken

Tbh, as seeing the illustrations, they look good as a couple. But story wise, I wish ml was a shit guy. How could Mc Fall for him? Like he fucking traumatized him. How could he be with him?
