What i understand is that MC imprinted the ML by accident. MC thought he was a beta but the boy smelled him, none of them noticed it, and it was after a few weeks that they knew they were omega and alfa. ML was only 12yo so didn’t know how to protect himself from others pheromones.
So MC was his first, that's why he is very sensitive to him
