Yeah but he knows how Raymond treat his sister and how she suffered because of him. Now that she's happy, has move on and "forgotten" all about it, he wants his sister to go back to Raymond. The doctor said that her brain itself erased extremly painful experiences so why are you doing this ??
It’s just a dumbass brother thinking his decision is what’s best for his sister ig. He probably just thinks that Raymond’s regret for his actions is enough to make up for it and start over.
