It's safer than you think. I mean the anal cavity is where the dookie lies, so its similar to an enema. A problem can occur though if the person peeing hasn't drank in a while so it might be acidic to the surrounding of anal opening. It's a kink more or less.

Am i the only one who can't get over the fact that in chap 26 they just slept in that position with his baguette inserted and moreover he peed inside of the other guy(⊙…⊙ ). I mean that alone could cause so many infections and it would hurt so bad
