ML was making questions and trying to make sure everything was correct about who the twink was referring to, that it really was the MC he heard saying was pregnant. And when he made sure, he called MC's mom to maybe find MC's whereabouts
So the smurf bitch, the one MC and ML had threesomes with before, apparently traveled to another country, the same country MC escaped to evade ML from knowing he's having a child, and listened to MC saying he's pregnant and an omega
