nearly zero tbh. (spoiler----)
the blonde girl (her ex fiancee)'s issues were neatly dealt with in just a couple of chapters. it's as satisfying as any typical OP MC isekai turning the tables scene.
in facing the problems she caused and putting her people before her pride, she actually grew to be quite the rational leader. afterwards, in one scene (maybe just 4 panels worth? can't recall) there was a hint of envy/jealously when she overheard a couple of ladies talk about competing to be Roman's fiancee, but more in a bittersweet way like she was letting go of any lingering thoughts about that.
that's pretty much it. once the whole engagement and invasion mess was dealt with, they barely interacted at all and even that was in a professional allies-in-war capacity. it's been a couple of arcs & no potential love interests since.
I've read some spoilers from the novel that there will be no romance at all with Roman!!

She hooks up with Roman's one-eyed brother and Roman becomes an Heavenly Demonic Uncle in the future. (okay so the last part is made up, but Flora did get end up with Roman's brother)
Let me know if there's a romance here or a harem or none at all. I haven't read it for a while now and I guess I marinated it for so long HHAHHHHA I'm just irritated to the girl who as first introduced here, red hair girl (the fiancée?) if my memory serves me right. Who ever she is I don't like her (peace)
