Like plot wise minus the romance it’s not terrible but morally it’s so fucking stupid icl NOTHING can make Garon n the mc a reasonable pair. He murdered his MOTHER?? FOR FUN. Mc is quite literally trying to poison and kill him not to mention he obviously likes the second ml WHO LIKES HIM BACK. So in what fucking world would abandoning that to get with his moms murderer make sense ESPECIALLY since he said his mom was the reason he found purpose in life. I’m just running predictions that the author is gonna make ML 2 out to be some weird asshole because they realized too late that the pile of shit they dug the ML into is too deep to fish him out of without making up some outlandish bullshit plot twist to get ML2 out of the picture
Why would you setup a story with a beaten down character with rage and spunk against the genocidal punk who killed his mother, who literally suffered all throughout life only living for his mother and her happiness, with a love interest with mutual attraction; all of that just to end up with the same psychopath murderer he despises to death. No amount of twists and turns is going to justify that.
