The ugly fat guy lies to him by saying he’ll pay off all his debt and find his family if MC has sex with him which MC agrees. When it’s over he tells MC he needs to become a prostitute and sell his body to men which MC then says no but then it cuts to MC stealing for money and getting ready to sell his organs but ends up killing the doctors and runs into the driver from the rich guy. The last scene is basically them sending a USB drive to the brother of MCs wife where it shows MC selling his body to men and it ends with the brother getting a boner :/
