I personally grew in an outdated closed community (that could have passed as a village), the cute cows even ate outside my house development, so I especially hate when they say that this is an excuse. It's like they have a general idea that living in a small village means that you don't know about the world around you, you still have media; phones, tvs, magazines, books, etc. that teach you about the world around you. For fucks sakes.
Plus she went to school in Seoul and she was the one who wanted to go back.

Honestly, i don't even see what's her point, i don't see the connection of her sad little story with their relationship and lives. Because girl, it's clearly none of your business, just like what seme he himself said. She's just a teen, a young woman, we know, but what's her age got to do with it? An interfering bitch is an interfering bitch, no matter the age, if she sees some lgbt couple, she might as well just leave them alone than go so far as to set him up.
