HELP, I AM GOING CRAZY

So i remember the webtoon very clearly but can't remember the title or find it in the similar manga lists and search names.

It's about the girl who is a top player in a game and finds out there is a newbie coming so she buys a bunch of gifts to help level them up, when she gets isekaid into the game world (she doesn't know at this point) she is isolated into a dungeon when she realizes she can see the blood and finds out it's a real game and her powers explode or something, she meet this party in the dungeon and the girl in the party helps hee out of her fit, the go to the dungeon boss and find an angel whose god forcefully isekaied her and beats the hell out of the angel

The last arc I remember is the croc people in the desert who couldn't produce mentally sound offspring or even female babies
