Ngl, I was too... I mean, the duke made him stick with the King but I always thought that maybe he's actually the duke's regas and not just some little bitch for a day.
It was said that the duke sent one of 2 of his “men” to the previous king as a regas since they were his type. I just don’t like that he looks very similar to reincarnated MC.

The Duke and his family is cursed to be obsessed with people who look like the regas which is one of the reasons he is going to realise the reags isnt dead and is going to look for him
I don't know if it was just me thinking this but the regas that the duke replaced to the og regas of Kara's father (previous king) was sleeping with the duke himself... I saw it when I read some raws because I like to spoil myself so much lol
BTW, the duke is annoyingly the villain but sometimes I tend to forget that I actually hate him, cause boy, HE'S HOT ASF
