To answer this question is actually easy. In science we learn that when an X-chromozone sperm meets an x-chromozone egg it forms a female baby so thats how they had a girl. just like in man and woman baby making they can either have a boy or a girl. in omegaverse same sex genders isn't restricted in only making their sex. 2 males can have a girl and 2 females can have a boy. nothing unusual lol
