In Hailey's though she was stalking Beiber since his dating days with Selena. She also is friends with The Jenners who were rumored with Beiber. I think he even diched Selena and went to Paris with one of them. So unlike Erna, she's kind of sketchy.
Although she had some iffy past actions so did Selena. At the end of the day, we don’t know if these people people just like to Speculate Like in the story. Rumors gets spread and reputations get warped. It’s better just to leave these people alone tbh
