It's probably not a major character. I recall them saying that the frequent kind of regas they take are green eyed with blond hair and twink so there's a lot of characters with that design. And it's probably his way of messing with the emperor since the emperor since, I'm not sure, but it was mentioned that he has a similar taste with the guy

As far as I remember the Regas that they sent to the kings were fakes and this antagonist has the real Regas coz he is that fked up.
No... There isn't any real regas. Like born with the ability to control the king or smth. Regas are just normal born then later trained. If I remember it clearly.

They are just a normal people. Their role is to be a confidant for the king. They don't have any powers of some sort. They're just trained to make the king fall for them. I think.
Ngl that antagonist was hot asf. I read this in one sitting and when I was just starting I was hoping he's the second lead in Abel's second life. But he's a fr a bad guy so nvm. So far it's so good but I can't wait til they recognize each other. I've been saving this since it's first release and kind of letting it marinate. it definitely coocked but left me craving for more. Bad idea to read this on one sitting. I feel like I won't be able to sleep with this in my mind
