I'm still trying to figure out how seme feels about uke. He doesn't like it when he gets hurt, yet he hurts him in one way or another. He also doesn't want him to die. Is it hate or a strange twisted love? He is so hard to read
I feel like you're trying to hard to understand him in your terms of the mind; you have to delete the empathy. He sees the world in black and white. You can classify this as "twisted love", but he can't see it that way: he only sees himself as in love and doing nothing wrong because of it. He can't imagine that his partner is unhappy for no reason. He genuinely sees this as a fine and dandy way to help his loved one. But that's just my two cents.

I quickly tell you what happened in this chapter~
