I was sceptical at first and even dropped it but I picked it back up and saw that later as the story is evolving their feelings are so raw and their relationship is just natural. They talk things out there are misunderstandings but it's always communicated and it's so nice to see this kind of relationship in a manhwa ╥﹏╥

It's nothing special, in my opinion. The ML has a condition that makes it hard for him to understand feelings (almendra moment), and that's why he was a little "weird" when it comes to expressing his feelings and bla bla bla. It's a mid read, but around ch.34, they get back together and bla bla bla. Hopefully, this helps you decide if you wanna read it or not.
