I don't remember the novel very well...but my thought while reading the princess candidate test arc is..."Why are most of the test somehow involved Mildred's decision, not solely Iris's?" Is the test supposed to be like that?
I dunno what you mean, but I do know part of being crown princess (or anyone in power in those days) is your family. And how well you use your connections to get stuff done.

Oh....that makes sense. Now I can see it. Btw, what I mean was I felt like Mildred make the major decision in the tests...or she's the one solving the problem when there's a crisis throughtout the selection instead of Iris.
