CONFUSED?

I think the ML's last line meant that he realized that it is possible that there is another live player with them. He was right that the cousin was not an NPC before. And he assumed that the cousin must be the only one that was not an NPC from the beginning. But since Bada played the cassette and the cousin's memory was not restored then the cassette did not belong to the cousin but to someone else, either one of the friends or an unknown character.


from what i understand so far, puting a cassette in is saving your progress. And it seems like any cassette can be used as a player's cassette as long as they use the same one every round. While failing to put a cassette in a player would mean you would not have the previous round's memory. And im guessing whoever owned the cassette with the smiley faces have finished the games and i believe the mc theorized that a player's memories reset once they finish the game.

I also still am confused by a lot of things going on. The ML especially is an enigma. Idk what his intentions are hahaha.

u explained it well but yeah there's still so many questions and confusions. i just hope there wont be plot holes from all of this and gets explained properly even if it takes time

Wait I thought the player had to put the tape in the cassette player themselves to save. Another player can save for you? I love this manwha but it's making me feel dumb. I'm so confused.

I think ur allowed to play someone else's cassette as long as they have "imprinted" or claimed it as theirs? But not too sure.
