How are they going to upload something that hasn’t been released yet? The placeholder is there so the site doesn’t pull garbage translations from other sites. You will be ok.
So many uploaders don’t put a placeholder, they do this crazy thing where they actually upload the new chapter. Just my opinion though, don’t get butt hurt
Almost every story I read the uploader uses placeholders. Usually they start doing it because the site is pulling translations from other sites and that’s how they get it to stop. You just ignore them until the new chapter comes.

if they dont put a placdeholder the bots will be posting and it could either be from another site or a bad translation.
I wish they would just upload the chapter instead of a placeholder, highkey annoying.
