The difference is the uke in Anastasia is a sexy bad ass bitch that looks like a grown man, whereas this is disturbing and borderline predatory.
fr ppl are arguing so much and then bringing more people here to argue and basically this series reached the featured manga page thanks to all this activity.
(i dunno how series get on there or what is the diff between that page and popular manga page but it seems like something is at work here if just 3 chapters got it up there)
