in my opinion, ginu raped yubin. i'm not against s&m, but even your desire is awakened, there's a right way to do it. you also need to consent and trust of your partner. yubin keep saying he didn't want it, he didn't give consent, and to stop. he asked about a condom, which ginu lied about. this is so not cool. but here's where i hope the conflict starts, because i want yubin to pull away now. at this moment, this definitely isn't love. i'm just so pissed this had to go there. i don't like rape in stories, especially when it's not needed. in a story like loveprize, it makes more sense, but here's too people who obviously have feelings for each other, but one has to go and eff it up. gahhhh end.of.rant.

thing is though i don't think it's all that black and white a situation, they had just been doing a bunch of kinky stuff and the uke's(forgot his name) rejection was verbal rather than acting up and when he kept saying no the seme stopped and was like 'so you don't want to do it), to which the uke was kinda silently like you're such a bastard this is embarressing sing but I'm horny as fuck. The characters know each other well and do have an understanding of each other and it doesn't seem quite right considering the whole situation to give the seme the criminal label of rapist.

he literally said, 'i didnt give you my consent', and 'i don't want to do this anymore,' so how is that not rape? even if a wife tells a husband no, and the husband still does it, that's still rape. people are glossing over that fact, because it's a 'hot sex scene'. do you really think yubin even suspected ginu was into that stuff, considering it never happened before, nor was it ever discussed? i'd never let anyone do something to me that i was uncomfortable with, and if my partner had an interest, then i'd be willing to discuss it. but if i say no, then i mean no.
