You can also buy it in ridi or naver. There are NO fan/official english translations for this. If you prefer free raws, I just saw that there's one in the booktoki site.

I hope the drama ahead will be as impacting as in the novel. Ngl, there wasn't a chapter that I wasn't crying-Like ugly crying bawling my eyes out! You wouldn't even bring to hate the ML even if he is not treating MC his amnesia era bec you can also feel how hurt he is as well. If y'all have time deffo recommend to read the novel. I felt a lot of emotions like pity, sorrow, grief, anger (towards the bully- Yes! he will make another appearance), happiness, love... This chapter is the end of volume 1 and there are 4 vols of I can remember plus side stories.
