Uke was looking at the baker, but the baker was only seeing his past love, not the uke himself.

Dating someone to get over another is a pretty shitty reason to start dating someone but at least the uke is dating HIM. The Baker isn't really dating the uke, he's only with him cause he looks like his past love. That's why he was so upset about the haircut.
Now I'm not saying that the uke isn't being shitty too, I'm just saying that what the baker is doing is way worse.
