More than likely Doha. We've always known he was crazy. And from what the guy says Pi Bada has poor memory. Doha probably recognized it too after playing for a while. He had Pi Bada's tape during the season 1 finale.
Ok so the cassette that pi bada found that had weird writing on it belonged to this guy right? Wich probably means all of them have their own tape but for some reasons his tape has been ejected and he wasn’t awaken for some time till now

And why does he mean by referring to bada “as my other partner” cause pretty sure bada doesn’t have memory of that
