yeah I thought he had basically dropped everything and ran to get away from the stalker and poor Motoki was a casualty.
I really doubt he was living with the stalker, not sure where that interpretation comes from....

blacknerocat's comment below seems the most logical to me. except the tiny 'disgusting' bubble wasnt discussed (chapter 5 page 15). so i thought, maybe senpai was raped by the stalker? the hand in the panel is the stalker's hand harassing him (which senpai suddenly remembered). he mentioned that he only wanted to show his cool side, and felt ashamed for getting raped, so he chose to disappear. and then, the stalker found senpai again and caused the accident.
