Uh… the guy raped him (taking advantage of his drunk state, and MC was clearly saying no), is acting like a stalker, doesn’t care for MC’s consent, is threatening to hurt himself so the MC obeys him, lies to MC, forces kiss on him, invades his workplace (even getting on good terms with MC’s employer)… this is textbook definition of toxic and dangerous
