I can't imagine Pudding joining (mainly because to me her devil fruit is too overpowered and strawhats already have Robin to read the Poneglyphs), although it's probable that she falls in love with Sanji, but we probably will see more development for her character, so I can't tell fro sure how I feel about her yet. I just hope Oda doesn't make her only a "disney princess in distress". I hope che can fight too.

I hope Pudding joins the Straw Hat Pirates and stays with Sanji. Regardless of what has happened up until now, I like Sanji and Pudding together.
