Hm... while I do think he's free to fall in love, marry and have more children... I can't really imagine the chemistry... And I'm a bit afraid of Mc pushing them together "cuz that's how the novel goes"... I think I'd like it better if his future wife wasn't the OgFl of the novel. Not that I dislike her, just that we already have so many mc's obsessed with the ogNovel... and the story already diverged so much... I understand the political plot staying the same... but Leo's presence changed Phileo so much compared to how he'd be in the novel that it would make sense if he fell for someone else...
the thing is, Leo won't push him with the ogFL. she doesn't even care if he marries a different woman, as long as her dad is happy. can't be helped when they fell inlove all on their own lol.
a bit of spoiler but this is one of my fave scenes in the novel but before phileo and ogFL became a couple, phileo told ogFL that Leo would always be a priority to him to the point that if he had to choose between them (Leo and ogFL), he would choose Leo in a heartbeat.
and don't worry, Leo barely remember anything from the ogNovel. she also knew that just her existing in the first place already changed a lot in the story and decided to just let everything flow naturally, including her dad's love life.
Lowkey kinda not feeling the fact that dad will get married and have a child. Though I just think that once that happens, Leo will have the freedom to get a love interest too lol
