Well you need to somehow see things thru the uke's perspective to feel his agony and pain. If you continue reading then you will know the reason why he trashed his self worth and you might somehow liked this manga when you finished it, I hope. :)
Had to stop during second chapter, the uke just turns me off. He's kind of gross, for his self worth is minus zero. （￣へ￣）
