I can't speak for anyone else, but I hate jaekyung because he used Dan like an object right up until the end, while Dan genuinely went out of his way to do nice things for Jaekyung. Also part of this trope is the top starting to have feelings for the bottom BEFORE they actually leave - even if he doesn't realize it until bottom leaves. And honestly if the way jaekyung was treating Dan the night before his last match was supposed to be him having unrealized feelings for him, then I hope Dan stays far away from him forever because wtf was that. If Jaekyung ever stops abusing the people around him it will be a huge plot hole imo
Yeah you're totally right. But in most of the BLS tops act like jaekyung, but people don't hate them as much as they hate jaekyung. I don't like him either, his actions are completely wrong. I am just amazed by the difference between the treatment readers give to jk and other top that's all.
I'm sure he'll have a character arc and people will change their minds. But I definitely don't agree that he's written just like other tops... just my opinion
In every bl, top humiliated and assaults bottom.. then bottom leaves, top's dick stops working then he starts to miss bottom.
I get it jaekyung is a piece of work. But why this unnecessary hate? He's being average top of bl. Why everyone is so agitated only for him?
Other tops are more shitty but u guys love them why u hate jaekyung this much(not defending/romanticising his actions though)
