Probably because I've watch/read many anime/manga that I was already expecting someone to be a yandere based on the title. That and I just reread Fate/Hollow Ataraxia weeks before the first chapter was posted .
Yeah, most of us are tricked by the cover sigh but the cover actually shows the inside of this manga i mean the little brother strangles his big brother's neck -.-) damn....
