they r like superhuman, more power used = more deteriorated ur mental becomes. guide is also a superhuman but their power isnt to fight, more like a healer for sentinels. instead of fighting, they can uhhh pretty much fix sentinel's mental? idk how to word it
Some Humans have power. Half get different supernatural abilities and strength but at a cost of getting their mind and soul corrupted (power corrupts). Guides are the other half of people who gets powers. Ut they share an ability that lets them purify the soul or mind of the sentinals or hunters by nullifying the corruption. Depending on how strong your powers are you get a grade and some guides are better at syncing their guiding power with others or with specific people.
The MC has both a strong guide power amd hes compatible with his friends.

I don't think I get guideverse?? Why are the sentinels angsty and need guidance? What makes them better than regular humans? Or are there no regular humans?
