mc's grandmother was already pregnant with mc's mother and remarried with ml's father so ml's father wasn't biological dad to mc's mother(that's why the didn't want to acknowledge the daughter as his heir even though mc's grandmother was already wealthy), ml and mc's mother are step siblings not half siblings, so mc and ml are practically strangers but they're related in paper
